Let us be like the Bereans
Well, My last post certainly was a heavy one! It weighed on me for some time and I give all honor and glory to God to be able to give you this praise report! My family member whom I mentioned in the previous post who was very close to falling for Bentley’s antics was saved from the Fire! Based purely on God’s word and her prayers (and mine and a few prayer warriors I know) she was ministered to via the Holy Spirit concerning what Todd Bentley offered was Strange Fire not God’s true and Holy Fire!

Testimonies continue to come in at our offices both in Lakeland and our headquarters in Abbotsford from different points all over the world, of people gloriously on fire for the Lord! With reports of revival fires beginning to break out, we’re determined to take God’s healing revival—the “moving ark of His glory”—into the heart of 38 cities after August 23rd.
In my last update I said, “more exciting details will be forthcoming!” That said, our Board of Directors, ministry leadership, and spiritual advisors have considered and prayed into several key factors relating to good management and good stewardship of the revival. With venue costs and other practical matters in sight, a decision has been made to change the venue back to Ignited Church effective Sunday, Aug.3. Fresh Fire Ministries will continue to lead the revival meetings until August 23rd and after that, for the time being, the meetings will be under the direction of Pastor Stephen Strader and Ignited Church. Meetings will continue at the same time: 10AM and 7PM each day. Check the Fresh Fire website www.freshfire.ca for Ignited Church’s address.
There is no doubt that the Outpouring’s revival-momentum will continue!—we welcome everyone to come to Lakeland to be immersed in the glorious healing pool that’s been established there! If you can make it to Florida, now is certainly the time to do so! In the meantime, or if it’s not possible to come, storm the gates of heaven for your area or region. Watch where the Ark of God’s glory is going and if possible make plans to visit one of those 38 cities. This is the church’s God-given hour of opportunity. Thank you for praying for the outpouring in Lakeland, as well as for us, as we carry God’s priceless healing presence in the Ark of His glory into the harvest fields.

In Previous statements by the many followers and Co-Sponsors of Bentley’s revival, Todd’s Anointing fest was supposed to continue until the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. As I documented in my previous post for Bentley his anointing and power source is purely demonic and thus his proclamations should be viewed as “false prophesies” and not to be relied on. However, I will say this, NO one one Knows the Day nor the Hour, not even Jesus but the Father Alone. If anyone, myself included, gets carried away and thinks they know when Jesus’ return is you should know based on the word that they are not speaking from God’s word but of the flesh and in the worst case from a source of evil. We are going to know how to discern the Season! The bible describes at length what signs to be watchful for, what markers will indicate His Second Coming–but to exact a time we cannot.
This post is a Praise Report and an Exhortation! Please, Please! continue to keep these matters in your prayers. This circus of False Prophets (Todd Bentley included) will not completely cease, as we know from the Word of God, false prophets will abound and mislead many…so this is a victory and also a declaration that we must remain awake and vigilant to test the spirits and to keep our brethren in prayer. The solid foundation of the Word of God is what is going to protect us from wolves in sheep’s clothing. Thank you to all my prayer warrior friends that joined me in praying over the CA Bentley Event, we will know much more of the results when we are in heaven! But even now we can rejoice in the Lord to know HE is at Work and On the Throne!
Thank you so much for being vigilant in these matters. Those of us who have friends and loved ones swallowed up by TB and his strange fire, know how difficult it is to persuade these lost souls to turn back to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob… to turn back to what The Word of God says…. it is true that so many in the United States have been seduced by Pharmakia…. and legally so since the money trail persuades doctors to have a pill for whatever ails you…. and being under this influence alters a persons thinking…. so many legally drug addicted people who seek sensationalizm, and phenomena and the supernatural because their natural senses have been altered. Thus Todd Bentley seems the perfect shepherd for such…. dumb and blind sheep. The only fire I want to see is Todd Bentley and his followers weeping and crying out to The Lord in repentence. Keep up the good work… I join you in this… We are still praying that Todd Bentley will not takeover Bellingham, Washington as he previously stated he would… this early winter… Thank you … Pray for us too.
